Each week Sutherland Shire has many exciting business events running to help businesseses grow, connect and learn. If you are hosting a business event you can add your event here and we will promote it. Some of the events are listed below:

SHIRESTART - (MIRANDA) - ANSTO, SSBC & INSPIRE

Wednesday June 19 5-630pm ShireStart Networking events are a collaboration between ANSTO's nandin Deep Technology Incubator, The Sutherland Shire Business Chamber and Inspire CoWork. ShireStart has been formed with the aim of encouraging collaboration and dialogue to grow Sydney's Innovation Network focusing on our local area. These events are ideal for startups, entrepreneurs, established business owners and those just thinking about starting their business journey. Our first ShireStart gathering for 2019 will be an After 5's Beer, Wine & Cheese networking event. Come along, enjoy some delicious food and refreshments, and hear from our panel of guest speakers.

SMALL BUSINESS WORKSHOPS (CRONULLA) - ATO and SSC

From now to the end of December 2019 - The ATO is facilitating 18 FREE workshops being held in Cronulla (Cronulla Central Hall) for local businesses from January to June 2019. The hands on events will help you to use the ATO online tools, ATO resources, ask questions and network with other local businesses. Topics discussed are Tax essentials for small business, Record keeping for small business and employer essentials for small business including single touch Payroll for employers
