Street Stalls

Non-profit community groups and charitable organisations can apply to have a street stall on council controlled footpaths and other areas in the Sutherland Shire.

The following guidelines apply to non-commercial activities:

  • dissemination of general information by schools, religious organisations and political groups
  • fundraising activities by community or charitable groups, including the sale of goods

Note: if applying for a stall in Cronulla do not use this form. Go to doing business in Cronulla and look under casual leasing.

Applying for a Street Stall

It is recommended you phone council on 02 9710 0231 before applying to check availability of dates and locations. You will need to complete and return the documents (below) to council at least 28 days prior to the stall date. A $22 administration fee will be applicable for each approved application.
