From 1 February 2012, when you lodge an application you will need to include a CD or DVD disc of all plans, specifications and documents along with your hard copy files. This change will relate to:

Hard copies are available at the Customer Service Centre or call 9710 0333 to request a hardcopy to be mailed to you.
