After Construction

Occupation Certificate

After you finish the work, you will need an occupation certificate before you can occupy the development. The appointed Principal Certifying Authority will issue the certificate and send a copy to the council.  Where an interim occupation certificate has been issued, you will still need to get a final occupation certificate.

Bond release

If a bond was paid before construction, you may now apply to have that bond released if the conditions of the bond have been satisfied.
