The Leslie Walton Collection

Leslie Walton has put together an extensive collection of art works featuring significant Australian artists including Roland Wakelin, Grace Cossington Smith, Elioth Gruner and John Peter Russell. This collection of Australian painters is complemented by contemporary Aboriginal artists such as Tommy Watson, Kudditji Kngwarreye and Jan Billycan. The range and scope of this collection demonstrates the importance of collectors who bring together works of pre-eminent artists and in this case generously make available for public exhibition.
