THE VOICE contestant joins James Valentine
Sunday night's successful The Voice contestant Darren Percival will be joining long-time friend James Valentine and his Quartet this Friday night 27 April.
In Sunday night's airing of The Voice, all four judges turned their chairs to vote for Darren Percival.

On Friday night Darren will join James and his quartet as they rework some classic Australian rock tunes into fantastic jazz improvisations. The result is a live performance that engages a broad audience with thrilling contemporary jazz.
James Valentine, broadcaster, writer and musician was well known on the Australian rock scene in the 1980s. He toured and recorded with the Models, Wendy Matthews, Kate Cebrano, Diesel and many others. He now leads his own Quartet with Gary Daley on keyboards, Peter Kohlhoff on bass, and Cameron Reid on drums.
The Quartet's latest recording is "The Power and The Passion." On this James and the band have reworked classic tunes from Midnight Oil, Crowded House and Silverchair.
