At Sutherland Entertainment Centre you have the choice of two venues for your special event:
the auditorium and dress circle;
Rainbow and meeting rooms.

The centre can look after you whether you are planning a large conference or a small business meeting. The centre hosts expos from bridal trends to careers as well as hosting major book fairs. The venue can easily adapted to suit your needs.

The Sutherland Entertainment Centre takes pride in giving you catering excellence.

Executive Chef Dale Armstrong is renowned for his innovative menus and spectacular buffets. He can cater for any occasion, be it a simple morning tea, a quick and tasty working lunch, a lavish cocktail party, a truly memorable wedding breakfast or an elaborate sit-down banquet for 500 people.

Special dietary requirements or national preferences are welcomed. Just let us know in advance and we will be happy to oblige.

Theatre dining

Pre Show dining is available in the foyer or the Rainbow room for many shows at the Entertainment Centre. Prices start from set menus at $25 per person for selected events, and our delicious two or three course meals are served in plenty of time for you to relax before the show.

Alternatively, some shows offer cabaret dining whereby you watch the show from your table whilst dining.

Alternatively you can order a magnificent hot and cold seafood platter for two. The seafood special includes the seafood platter for two, a-la-carte dessert and tea or coffee for only $120.00 per couple.

Seafood Platter:

Hot

Crayfish meat in rosemary, cheese and lime sauce, seared squid in sesame and lime, lemon and parsley battered barramundi, scallop and prawn skewers, oysters kilpatrick and mornay, tandoori battered prawns

Cold

Oysters, smoked salmon, fresh prawns,lemon wedges, teriyaki dip, sesame soy and minted yoghurt
